Sheet Metal Processing Factory Process Introduction
1. The first step is the blanking (also called blanking) process. Under normal circumstances, the on-site staff will cut parts and materials of suitable size from the large plate through the shearing machine according to the development drawings provided by the technical department. In the case of punches, the dead zone of the clamp must be considered. After cutting is complete, workers mark the item number with a marker on the surface of each material. There are also some factories without this processing step, typesetting directly on the standard board, and then punching/cutting directly.
2. Then send the raw materials to the CNC punching machine for punching processing. During this process, NC code needs to be written for the part to be machined.
3. After punching/cutting is complete, the parts are de-micro connected and sent to a press brake for bending.
4. Wire EDM & Optical Profile Grinding (PG).

1. The customer provides physical samples, or CAD drawings, PDF drawings, 3D drawings, photos, etc., and the business specialist will make a preliminary evaluation and quotation.
2. After friendly negotiation between the two parties, the relevant design, development and production will be carried out at the start of the contract by charging the corresponding deposit when the price is reached to the satisfaction of both parties when the order is placed.
